Standard behavioral interview. Interviewer asked about 5 questions during one hour and 15 minutes. He also branched out to ask further questions according to your answers, so prepare examples that are really your own experiences and rich in details that show the qualities Shell is looking for : Capacity, Achievement, Relationship. Interviewer very kind, shrewd. He Took notes during the whole interview. Also be prepared to ask the interviewer questions at the end.

What is your biggest achievement? Give an example of when you need to discipline yourself very hard to accomplish something. Give an example of when you need you change your opinion because you faced conflict.

Entretien
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
