I was a fresh graduate when I applied for Shell. I had two rounds of interview: phone and on-site. Phone interview was relatively easy: they gave a topic to you and you have to say all the things you can related to that topic logically. It is more like a test for your logic and knowledge. On-site interview was very intensive. We got two business simulation cases in group discussion, one was about determining the possible location for a new refinery. The other was about negotiation. Last part of the technical interview was the technical part about introducing what my research was in graduate study.
