It made me feel sad when one company won't inform you the result of your interview, so I guess I failed the final assessment. This company ghosted me even though I sent a follow up email to the recruiter. I have a lot of respect for the company but not a remarkable experience for myself. Initial interview will be conducted by the recruiter, basic questions about your past experiences and a little bit of situational questions. Next will be the final interview with the hiring managers, mixed of technical and behavioral questions on which you will answer using STAR method. They will advise you to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the result but will never get back to you in reality.

It started of with describing yourself. Then, questions regarding work scenarios were asked, relating to your previous employment. After all the questions were asked, they ask if you have any questions for them.

Interview process was simple and relaxed. Was online during the pandemic. Almost 1 month timeline from interview to start date. Offer comes usually after 1-2 weeks and then need to submit employment requirements in order to proceed.

- call interview - face to-face interview ( final assessment) I have to agree, the HR team is straightforward to communicate with. They always respond promptly and are helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. It's nice to have such a supportive team to work with.
