The recruiter reached out to me via SMS to asked for my availability, and after I confirmed, they conducted the initial interview via short phone call. It was mainly about elaborating my duties and responsibilities with my previous role and the reason why I decided to leave. They also asked for my expected salary. Next and last step was the final interview via MS Teams. It was a panel interview with the Senior Manager and Operations Manager of the hiring team. And I’m telling you, the questions were really tough!!! It was all behavioral and situational questions, and STAR method is recommended when answering each question.
