It was a online test that consisted of two different parts with various English and math questions, similar to an IQ test, then a phone interview which was around one hour, and then the offer.
I applied online and was invited to complete the first stage, which included a Virtual Job Tryout and an on-demand video interview. The process focused on behavioral and situational questions.
