Pretty hard. 4th : Phone interview Question was based on CART criteria. 1. Example when you have set your goals and how you achieve it 2. Example when you have to work with people from different background 3. How you handle pressure 4. Your past achievement, what was the challenge, what did you learn * DONT forget to ask question! For last stage, I've been told that I passed the interview and will be invited for shell recruitment day at Shell House. Still waiting for the invitation.

There was an online reasoning test first. Second step was a face to face interview. It was a very structured interview with mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted for almost an hour, After getting through the interview, you will be invited for the Shell Recruitment Day.
