two interviews - telephone interview followed by on-site interview. Was asked about my competencies. Was straight-forward, nothing crazy! The interviewee was also nice & welcoming. I had prepared a fair amount beforehand and found myself not really using/needing my notes!

The interview process consists of an initial phone interview with HR, followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. This is then followed by another Zoom interview, which includes a case study discussion with the team.
