First interview was HR phone interview, second round was face to face interview with the line manager, During interview, only general questions were asked, not much technical knowledge was tested.

At first it comes one telephone interview with HR. After 2 weeks there was one structure interview called SRD (Shell recruit day). It lasted for more than 2.5 hours and included self introduction and 1 to 1 interviw offered by the line manager with questions about the working experience. After that it was one case study which offered an assumptive business case and wait for your analysis and decision and explain why you give the decision. Finally there was one group interview: HR on line and 2 bosses F2F together.

Friendly straightforward and very good. The first thing that came out was that I had wanted to work for them for years. They were very nice people and they had great customer service
