J'ai passé un entretien chez Shell (Singapour) en janv. 2008
Entretien
Attended campus recruitment and submitted resume online. Waited about 4~5 months before I received a phone call to schedule an interview.
Interview was scheduled in a week's time and was conducted by HR. Relatively straightforward, simple get to know you questions and fit assessment.
Was told that I passed the interview round and invited for the Shell Recruitment Day.
That was a tough day comprising of 3 events - morning case which tested mainly information synthesis (given about 20 pages of data and 1 hour to prepare), afternoon case of group discussion (probably to assess how well we can work in groups), and evening business case (given a business scenario and ask how we would approach the problem).
