I was asked to complete an online numerical and verbal reasoning test. This is the graduate program so the level was intermediate. They let you practice, check shell website. This should give you the good idea of what was asked. These tests were very easy but you need to be extremely fast. At the end of this, there was a personality assessment( untimed). They repeat what they asked to filter liers and get your correct personality assessment. They ask questions based on 'relationship with others', decision making, leadership, drive. Basically, it relates to shell "CAR' values. as easy as this assessment seems, it is very important that you match their CAR requirements. next would be the video interview. it is the basic HR questions. you need a lot of stories to describe your behavior. I have not gone to the next stage.

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
I recently completed a video interview on HireVue, and the overall experience was pretty interesting. The platform presented a large number of psychological assessment questions along with several prompts focused on workplace morality and ethical decision-making. I appreciated that HireVue allowed unlimited time to record and re-record my video responses, which took a lot of the pressure off and made the process feel more flexible and less rushed.
Each portion of the interview was fairly in-depth and required thoughtful answers, so it ended up taking around 30 minutes per section. The combination of the structured assessments and the freedom to redo videos made the entire interview feel thorough but manageable.
