The process was long but engaging and positive. I highly appreciate almost immediate communication from HR and their positive tone. What surprised me was the degree of engagement expected from the candidate and very clear expectation setting from Shelf. It is a startup and the openly advise you that it is not the place for everyone, and you should expect a high pace. I had 5 stages in total, with one unplanned but very positive. Overall if I had not been offered a more competitive offer, I would have joined.
