Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.

Application followed by a call in for two interviews. I interviewed with hospitality manager first as a one on one interview and then a panel interview for my second interview with the store manager and hospitality manager. Then they sent me to a drug test and once that came back I was called in to fill out all my paper work.

Why I wanted the job and what I could bring to the team
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
