Entretien
The process included an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by two video interviews. I was then invited to a three-stage assessment involving a PowerPoint presentation, a CV review, and several competency-based questions.
While I appreciated the opportunity to engage with the team and demonstrate my experience, I found the lack of feedback—despite the time and effort invested—very discouraging. This was particularly surprising given the organisation’s stated values around caring for people, supporting potential, inclusivity, collaboration, and honesty. I hope future candidates receive more transparent communication to reflect those values in practice.

Entretien
The phases: 10 minute presentation, CV review, and regular interview (all in one day). The presentation you prepare beforehand and you will be prompted what to focus on. CV review - they give you an example CV and you note for 10 min your feedback and then present to a person. Interview questions, just a couple standard ones on KPIs, working in the community, supporting people with mental health issues into employment. You do each activity one by one, there will be around 10 other people but you will be grouped.

The interview process was very swift and straightforward. The interviewers made me feel at ease with icebreaker questions. At the end was offered a role after quite a tedious round of interview questions
