Online, confusing, impersonal, and completely uncomfortable. Wouldn't have hired me either. Also, wouldn't put anyone through that kind of desensitized process were I a conglomerate attempting to appear caring, humane, or benevolent.

I can't remember, I was too busy trying to figure out how the process worked since I wasn't given any notice that this was not a live online interview, and my laptop system, was having trouble with displaying the information.
