Entretien
It was a 2 week process . First interviews were one on one with senior management. (CEO,CFOMD) all industry savvy. CEO incredibly knowledgable in sales . Second time was role playing, meeting senior recruiters and sales. Also presented incentive plan and scenarios by CFO. Third meeting was focused on expectations and then offer.
