Invited to an interview with a Senior Manager in the team. It went well and felt promising to begin with. Next day, invited to 4 back-to-back interviews, which seemed to go well again (with the exception of one particular Manager who asked leading questions and generally had a negative outlook). After this, the process dragged out for weeks with poor communication from the team and no clear process. They kept changing steps and asking me the same questions that I answered in previous interviews, eventually leading to a generic rejection email. Overall, a negative candidate experience. My advice to anyone thinking of applying would be: take these negative Glassdoor reviews seriously and invest your time applying to another company with better processes and leadership!

Get a screen interview invite straight from HR. The hiring manager is based in Germany. I am clearly over qualified for that position and my intention just to experience how Shark Ninja operation and he can see that I am over qualified and know I know all the answers to his interview. After he knew it, he tried to finish the interview early.
