Great questions, authentic discussions looking for culture fit and technical abilities as well as background. Also looked at work history and asked some pointed questions around challenges faced and solutions.

How would you handle a chaotic environment with your team
3 interviews - background, technical, then personality. All were conducted remotely due to COVID. Interviewers were incredibly friendly and chatty.
There was a focused effort on putting me at ease. The technical interview had general questions about programming. There were no whiteboard questions.
