The interview process starts with a 1 hour chat with a recruiter going over some basic questions regarding your past experiences , motivations etc. The next step is a one day interview in person that has 2 steps, first you have to work in teams to deliver a presentation on a realistic product improvement (the point is not to give the best ideas but to see how you work in teams) you will also have a mentor during this who is pretty helpful with everything. After the presentation there is a one hour interview where you have to solve a programming question (leetcode easy / medium), its best if you can explain your solution and demonstrate how you approach solving problems. After the task there is also a standard technical interview where you can talk about the projects you worked on etc. They were super quick to respond after this too and all the technical questions were relevant to the role.

The interview process was excessively long and exhausting, ultimately proving to be a complete waste of time with no value gained and no clear direction from the interviewers. Despite investing hours into multiple rounds, the lack of organization and meaningful feedback made the experience frustrating and unproductive. It felt like an unnecessary ordeal with no tangible outcome.
