Interview was misleading and did not provide a complete description of the details and hours expected of the new hire. Inordinate amounts of overtime are expected upon hiring (regularly 60+ hours per week), although interviewer only asked if candidate would be opposed to occasional overtime. Training was insufficient, basically just sat and observed other employees.
