I submitted a resume via email and was called into a few weeks later for an interview. I was called in to the office where I was interviewed by two friendly women who made me feel comfortable (thankfully, as it was my first interview ever). I thought the interview went well. I found out later that many people had applied for the position, and I received a letter in the mail informing me that I did not get it.
