It is surprising that in the age of LLM models you are still asked to do Hard leetcode questions. Not sure how relevant they will be to the actual day-to-day work.

went to their downtown office after 3 hours commute and they didn't even bother talking about my experience or background.
was handed mostly hard leetcode questions to solve (no internet) and I couldn't solve all of them.
they won't have further discussions with you if you're not able to solve all those questions.
