The recruiter immediately shut down the interview after asking about interest in crypto. Didn’t even get into my actual professional background further. I think they just want to cult hire, not interested in hiring people with beginner knowledge even if the job itself doesn’t require strong knowledge of it. I had even downloaded the app prior to the interview and was ready to talk about what fraud threats could emerge from it. But didn’t even get a chance. Later got ghosted via email and hit with an auto rejection. In all my years working in startups never experienced such a cold, culty reaction in an interview, what a strange place.
