I responded to an ad posted n the Tulsa World. The next day I called. HR called back and we set up an interview with the director of operations. During the interview it was told to me by director of operations how dis-satisfied he was with the current maintenance staff and asked if I could do better. After going over my experience and resume we discussed hourly wage and came to a mutual agreement. 2 days later i was offered the job.
