Initial telephone screening, followed up with in-person interview with HR Director and Office Administrator. Wonderful, refreshing, upbeat but professional experience. Followed up with in-person separate interviews with attorneys.

the Firm has long interview process including HR Coordinator in Chicago office, then NY office, then each of the attorneys. A bit of time between each. The interviews were each 30 minutes or so.

First I had to get an "in" using a recruiter. I'm not sure if they hire outside of recruiters with the exception of know someone already in the firm. I had a good overview with the firm administrator, and then had interviews with each of the attorneys I would be working with.
