Video Interview with HR Recruiter which has normal interview questions. I.e. Why this company, what are your strengths/weaknesses, how do you see yourself in 5 years, etc... Then another with the actual department manager, and if multiple maybe another interview. Questions were as expected.

Entretien
I was called by the Recruitment Manager to set up an interview. I met with the Recruitment Manager who asked me some questions about my education and work experience. Manager told me about the position and what it required. I was then put in another room where I met with the Program Manager who asked me some more questions pertaining to my background and what I could offer as an employee. After the interview I got a call back about two days later with an offer.
