Phone interview about 30 mins. Average questions about experience, strengths and weakness, goals, overcoming challenges, time, availability, flexibility, expectations. The woman who interviewed me was polite and courteous. It felt like an easy conversation

I was contacted via e-mail for an interview. I went under the impression i would be interviewed by one person. But there were three altogether. She said it was due to nature of the positions. And they both were working in the position applied for. The interview went well and lasted a good amount of time. I was asked questions regarding my work experience. I asked questions about the company culture. I walked away with a good feeling. Unfortunately I was contacted the following day by a recruiter from another facility that I was not recieving a job offer. Although I am very qualified and hold the necessary degree I was rejected. This makes me question what the real culture is here. Was I not chosen for a personal reason, like my skin color, or just because I did not fit in with what the company culture looks like. I suppose it's a blessing in disguise and that it just was not meant for me to be there. The women who interviewed me seemed very nice. But you never know what exist on the other side.
