First, you do a phone screening then you move on to the first interview. They were great at communicating and responded fast to schedule an interview. I just didn’t move forward with the interview due to pay.

I ended up accepting (my fault) without a job offer in hand. The pay that was mentioned in the interview was lower than what they ultimately paid me. The recruiter then hired me in the system under a different company that Sevita owns that pays slightly more, so it took me until payday to catch the pay discrepancy. By then, they had quit, and my other two job offers had been filled. The benefits also were not was she went over. The deductibles were much higher as were the co-pays.
