Received a phone call from the director who asked to see me this week and asked if I could meet the next day. Staff was friendly and laid back. Arrived at the interview on time. Like other reviewers suggested the director appeared not to have read my resume saying only, "your resume was interesting." She took out a manual which explained how to conduct the interview, but didn't seem to take cues from it at all. She spoke at length about the job and the clients. She was unable to explain how the company supported employees. Like most companies described benefits as, "good," but benefits it seemed the employer covers very little of, "the benefit," cost. I was looking for ways in which the company works to retain the employees. The director's answer was what she referred to as, "flex time," which mean if you pulled 45 hours one week, maybe you could come in the late the next Monday. This is not, "flex time," though many employers have corrupted the concept to mean, "you work whenever the work needs to get done," instead of the employee choosing when to work. I brought up the salary to not waste time as I was sensing the work load wasn't going to be fairly compensated. Director seemed very dedicated and committed to the company. But unable to offer a competitive salary and benefits in order to maintain profits.

The woman who interviewed me was very friendly and informative. She answered all my questions and explained the agency to me. I was quickly asked to come back for a second interview.
