I was contacted by the company's recruitment lead to setup a time for an interview. We agreed to an interview time, but the interview never took place. I received an email a few minutes after the start indicating there was a conflict with in another meeting that was running long, and we would need to reschedule. I provided some available times, but the company never responded or rescheduled. Rather unprofessional to fail to show up to the interview you scheduled or to provide any follow up after requesting to reschedule. Hopefully the rest of the team is more organized/professional.
