Very welcoming and friendly. They emailed and set up a interview time at their office. Interview was only about 15 minutes long. No experience was needed, they taught me everything and then some.

      Entretien

I interviewed with CEO Robert Schultz and I believe the clinical director Paige. The interview was fairly easy. Robert stated he has extensive background in customer service, etc. He talked about the position and orientation dates, and how training would operate, etc. Robert mentioned that a decision would be made quickly and within the next day as they planned to start orientation within 1 week. They said they would let me know regardless of the decision. They seemed to have an interest in me and like my answers and he told me to follow up if I had any questions via Indeed. I sent a thank you interview message and I followed up via phone call mid week the following week as I had not heard back. During the phone call with Robert, i felt it was very rushed and he said he would get back to me ASAP. I sent one last follow up message over a week after interview and all my messages were Read with no response. This showed red flags to me. If you thrive on customer service, it would be professional to keep a candidate informed and follow through on your word. Even if there is no update, a quick professional response to a message would show good customer service. This also showed potential disorganization. So overall, the interview itself was easy but the rest of the process was off-putting. Personally, I would not feel comfortable moving any further based on this experience. I ended up receiving an offer with a different ABA company who offered higher pay to me, has good employee reviews for their company, and followed up when they said they would with a decision.
