Communication was direct with their HR Department and not via an agency. Initially they requested a virtual interview, but they had some technical issues connecting, so this was re-arranged to face to face instead. Interview was with the two CEO's and interview itself went well and was very positive, even down to discussing package and car parking etc. HR did a tour of the office and was introduced to a couple of people. This was early February, two months have since passed and have not heard anything - very strange experience.
