It was a surprisingly smooth experience, especially for being conducted online. Most importantly, the questions were excellent—very relevant to my past work and designed to assess my critical thinking, not just my memory. There were no silly, irrelevant, or trick questions, making the whole interaction feel genuinely productive and professional.
