Quick showing of office by the recruiter and then sat in with one of the founders. They then described the daily role and I found I might not be a good fit. Full transparency, it seems like there is potential here for others.

It was less then a two week process. The Interview was on zoom. The next step was to response to some questions sent. After that I received an offer letter. It was a quick process.
