If you read this article and still decide to apply, don't say you weren't warned. There is nothing right about my interview with SessionM. Me too like other interviewee here was contacted by Leah to book a time slot on her calendar for phone screening. Did so and confirmation was fine except they have my name mixed with other candidates, now I think of this is a perfect sign how disorganized the place is. I took the afternoon off for the phone interview, less than 30 minutes prior to the call got an email from Leah saying she's busy with another meeting and could not make it and asked to postpone to next day. Not happy about this but still I replied to acknowledge the change. Next day I called in on time but no one ever join the call I finally dropped after waiting for 15 minutes. Again emailed them politely asking for what happened and since then I never hear from SessionM. The WORST interview experience I ever had in my 14 years professional life, a total disaster is the least way to put it. Not just me it seems other people share similar experiences. Unless you are penniless and need a hot soup, I see no reason to agree to work at this place.
