The process was quick and smooth.
First round. Intro with talent acquisition specialist. Overview of the product, team, and company. General questions about your experience and expectations.
Second round. Technical interview with Lead Engineer.
Third round. Soft skills and Behavioral interview with VP of Engineering with time for your questions.
Fourth round. Job offer.

Over six weeks from initial resume submission response through phone screen to interview.
Communication between stages was slow and poor.
Classically poor whiteboard process.
Some of the content was not relevant to the work performed.
Claim to be utilizing Scrum but have skill and role silos, celebrate throughput over outcomes, quality is an afterthought handled externally, business desires are not properly managed, technologist burnout seems likely.
