J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez ServiceTitan (San Francisco, CA) en juin 2024
Entretien
3 rounds of wasting time. 1st round is a getting to know you.
2nd round more in depth of getting to know you. Very lack lust with the hiring manger his tonality was that of a 9-5 drone.
3rd round get to know you again with senior management, and then a biased roll play that will determine if you have the job or not, no script to study or study material except the website. Still booked the fake appointment but didn’t like the way I went about it, They won’t give you constructive criticism depending on your background because they are afraid to hurt feelings, senior management even admitted they talk down about people in the company and other candidates behind their back.

Three step process. One included a role play with two managers. Last meeting was with director. It was a straight forward process, and they give you information prior to the role play to be prepared

Friendly, Straightforward, and quick for the first round of interviews. Clear explanation of next steps and required preparation for success in upcoming interviews. The interview process is pretty quick so time for preparation may be limited.

First interview was positive, recruiter was engaged and polite. 2nd round with sales managers took a nosedive. The 2 sales managers were completely unprepared and didn't try to hide it. Additionally, the 1-pager on preparing for the 2nd round said the mock call will involve simple objection handling and said you didn't need product knowledge (however I still did research). During the call, they gave such difficult scenarios one could only counter with niche, deep product knowledge . At one point, one sales manager turned the interview into a therapy session, was extremely condescending as my motivations weren't "deep" enough to take on the entry level role (of which their personal reason was money...). Terrible expectation management, lack of accountability and beyond unprofessional.
