I thought it was a very straight forward process and similar to many other roles in the industry. The interviews included a phone screen with recruiter, a one on one with the hiring manager, and a panel presentation that was based on your prior experience. Everyone I met with was extremely welcoming and receptive to what I provided. Recruiter was so friendly and made the process super seamless!

Entretien
I had a phone call with the recruiter that was very straightforward and overall very positive. We went over my background and experience and how it tied into the Strategic CSM role. I found out the following business day I'd be moving on to the next round. The next round was a video call with the hiring manager. She was very intense but really nice overall. The call was scheduled for 30 min but we went for 50. The conversation was very positive and she made it seem like I'd be a perfect fit for the role. She emphasized they were looking to hire externally to get a fresh pair of eyes on the accounts and thought my experience and thought process would fit right in with what they were looking for. She gave me the impression she wanted to hire me on the spot and that I'd be moving on to the final round. The following business day the recruiter emailed me saying they decided to go with someone else and I was utterly shocked by the decision. However, what was more disappointing was when I got ghosted after thanking him for the update and asking for direct feedback on their decision so that I could learn from the experience. Three weeks later the position just got posted on LinkedIn.
