The interview wasn’t easy — previous sales experience is highly recommended. ServiceTitan looks for candidates who already understand outbound prospecting, CRM tools, and SaaS sales.
My process included a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, and a role-play scenario. They focused on communication, objection handling, and knowing your sales metrics. Be ready to talk about your outreach strategy, how you qualify leads, and examples of hitting or exceeding targets.
The team was professional and transparent. It’s clear they want SDRs who can ramp up quickly and already know how to work a sales cadence.

Long, multiple interviews plus panel review. Basic questions on work background, compensation, and your typical interview questions. Multiple people, same questions. Nice people, but could tell it was a work you hard and pay you little type thing.
