Long, drawn out process with minimal process insight despite being a VP referral. Siloed communication where hiring manager referenced 2-3 year career stints as “job hopping.” Unfortunate. Recruiter was engaged early on but process went on for 3-4 weeks with intermittent communication. Strong company but their recruiting process left something to be desired and hiring manager education didn’t seem to be up to par when evaluating Sr leadership positions.
