Phone Interview and On-Site interview was arranged and done quickly. And then there is no reply, even after several emails to the hiring manager and recruiter. If I take a day off and go on-site to their offices and spent 6 hours speaking with 6 interviewers, then I expect the courtesy of a reply. That is the minimum professional expectation. I understand that I am not selected, but they owe it to the candidate to get back. Poor professionalism.
