Recruiter reached out to me requesting me for 3 time slots to conduct a phone interview. I replied with my available options. After that I never heard back from the recruiter. Sent 2 additional reminders to check if they had received my emails and to check if there was still any interest from their end. Did not get a single response back! At least have the courtesy of responding to candidates even if you changed your mind for any reason, especially if you have initiated contact in the first place.

Basic HR screening with no feedback on the expectation on the next steps. HR kept on telling will need HM's input on most questions, so not much clarity on the role and expecations
