HR phone screen, Then manager phone screen, then in-person interview with three managers. Then two more phone interviews with executives, then a presentaton to the team, two weeks later a verbal commit, a week later, a formal offer.
Fairly thorough, A little bit scatered on thier part, but with the best of intentions.
Fairly straightforward, as we were part of an acquisition. The leadership team interviewed us to get to know us, our roles, goals, etc. The adjustment period took a little longer because they were using multiple systems for different activities.
