Briefly met with 5-7 people. Same basic questions from all of them. They didn't seem to have a good grasp on what the position would be responsible for. Some of the interviewers obviously did not have any contact with the position or any understanding of what was required. Most seem to be looking only for personality fit.

Entretien
Very straight forward. Initial interview was basically panel, mostly technical which included the Director I would be reporting to. Second interview was more so personality/organizational fit with VP level. Whole process was fairly quick, from initial to offer roughly two weeks.
