Started with a telephone interview, followed by a series of 3 face to face interviews and a personality profile. The telephone interview was discussing what I was looking for in a career and why I considered ServiceMaster. The face to face interviews was to discuss accomplishments and challenges in my career as well as discuss how I would be a success in the position
