I had an initial screening by one of the acquisition members. I was asked general questions on my background and career journey. It was important to show that I know good SQL. Afterwards, I was sent an SQL test on HackersRank. The test was made of 9 questions in 2 hours, so time was not an issue. The last 4 questions were somewhat challenging but not super hard. Upon passing this, I had the first interview with a managing consultant.
