First interview was with HR, then it was sent a set of SQL tests. After a week, a team member interview assessing problem solving and logical thinking skills. They've also done some basic computing questions on things like lists, stacks, etc.

Very tough process, 4 Interviews including exam. 1. Recruiter contacted me following up with my online application. 2. I already had done the exam (for fun), hence got to the third interview directly. If not done recruiter would send you the link. 3. Interview with the principle, it went well. Got the review too, very detailed note taking during the interview by the principle. There are some coding tests in this round as well. 4. Talked to the Perth managing partner, very professional and intimidating at the same time (in a good way). Awesome experience where they test you how good are you with following instructions, etc. I was told that only .5% of applicants get into Servian. Would definitely be an awesome company to work with. However, the pay is not as much as how stressful the interview could be. Sounded like they take care of their people and would only welcome people who has or could learn the skills. Also, the recruiter was with me the whole time, supporting me. Hats off to him.
