It included a tour of the store and a pretty accurate run down of the daily tasks. I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of product that was "ours" vs. The amount that belonged to the store but I was assured that it wouldn't take long to recognize the difference. My manager was honest and up front from the beginning which won me over and I'm glad I decided to give it a shot.

Sit down. Talk and they ask about why you want the job then offer it to you. Very quick and easy. Took about 15 minutes. Including the walk around the store.
