Telephone interview (20-30 mins) then invited to do in person interview at the facility with the manager and assistant manager. Telephone interview was mostly assistant manager asking about availability and experience. On site interview was more about why i wanted to work there and scenario based questions outside of the usual cv questions.

Lets say you're in the middle of teaching a class and your walkie talki goes off alerting you of an emergency elsewhere in the facility, given that you're currently the only staff in the gym on shift, walk us through how you would respond.
