Very short interview that focused on my personal goals and how Serco could benefit me. Met with one person who was very kind & patient. I interviewed 15 min before my scheduled time by choice. Didn't require business attire for interview. Also focused on embracing diversity among employees. Discussed starting pay & pay increases
