I got a call from HR who found my profile on Indeed.ca, I did a phone interview and was then brought in for a face to face with the Director of transition. I was offered the role a day later.

An easy, straightforward process includes 1 call with a recruiter, 1 hour call with a hiring manager, and 2 short calls with top management. Situational questions and more of a conversational style.

Entretien
Very simple easy process. Filmed interview first then interview with manager. However I never found out salary or benefits which is usually discussed early in the conversation.
Sounds like a good company to work for and very organised interview process
